Pure magic in the mountains with an absolutely amazing team!

☺We lived every single minute of our stay! The setting and peaceful atmosphere are incredible, but what truly made our stay special was the crew. Everyone on staff was amazingly warm, friendly, and attentive. They made us feel completely at home from start to finish.

☺Бесподобное место. Шикарные виды на горы. В шале чисто есть все необходимое. Красивые локации для фото. Очень вежливый персонал. Общение без проблем на английском, грузинском и русском языках. Это место, где никуда не нужно спешить, а только наслаждаться природой, чистейшим воздухом и купанием в горячем  джакузи или бассейне и любую погоду в любой сезон. Honestly, this stay was absolutely AMAZING 🤯❤️! We couldn’t have asked for anything better. The rooms are beautiful, the place is incredible, and there are so many activities within less than an hour of the hotel — you can never get bored!

But above all, the service was absolutely exceptional. Gela and Lary were there for us throughout the entire stay, always available, incredibly kind, and taking such great care of us. Honestly, we’ve rarely been welcomed and treated so well.

We’re leaving with unforgettable memories and only one thought: we can’t wait to come back! 🥹❤️

מקום מהיפים שראינו, היה חוויה מדהימה ומהנה, שווה את המחיר.

☹הגענו עם רכב פרטי והדרך מאוד קשה ולא נעימה, מומלץ להשתמש בהסעה של המלון.

☺у нас была одна ночь в этом сказочном домике с джакузи и видом на горы,просто неописуемо,воздух,красота,природа,очень вкусная еда, в домиках чисто,предоставлены тапки ,халаты а так же зуб. щётки и паста что очень приятно.Нам так понравилось что мы решили остаться ещё на одну ночь и девушки на ресепшен нам в этом помогли и предоставили нам возможность заселиться правда уже в другой домик в 11.00 утра а не в 15.00 как должны. За что им большое спасибо!! Девушки работающие  на ресепшен очень отзывчивые и  доброжелательные.
Приятно было пообщаться!!!

Узнали через одногруппницу про eco house. Приехали на две ночи и, честно сказать, я не помню где я в последний раз так хорошо спала. Виды потрясающие! Но есть минус, в том, что все дома находятся слишком близко друг к другу и буквально почти все было закрыто шторами, потому что с соседнего дома на нас буквально просто так смотрел человек. Если вы хотите шикарные инстаграмные фотографии в панорамных номерах на фоне гор, это место для этого и создано. Это видовой отель в горном районе.

Приветливый, дружелюбный персонал. В номерах очень чисто. Мы спокойно ходили босиком по искусственному газончику вокруг номера. Эту имитацию травы моют или регулярно чистят.

Absolutely top place. It took my breath away. And everything is high standard: beauty, rooms, service, experience, etc.
I travel a lot but this was something extraordinary.
It was my birthday and Viktoria and Maria made it the most loving & special day. They came with gifts during the rain and sang me happy birthday. Their care felt like we are celebrating together.

☺What an incredible stay! The views are absolutely stunning, and the personalized service was top-notch—the staff truly goes above and beyond for their guests. We loved the hot tub; it was so comfortable and came with a lovely bath foam! Communication with the front desk via WhatsApp was seamless, making it super convenient to order food or ask for anything we needed.
To top it off, we accidentally left some belongings behind, and the team was kind enough to deliver them to us the very next day—simply amazing! Whenever any minor issues came up, they were resolved instantly with absolute professionalism. A huge thank you to the whole team for making our stay so special!

We had an amazing stay at Eco House Merisi. The view is absolutely breathtaking, and the place itself is beautiful and very well maintained.

The infrastructure is strong and reliable — we had water, electricity, and Wi-Fi without any issues. The food was also very good and tasty, and the service was impressively fast.

The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, especially Victoria and Maryam. They genuinely made us feel taken care of throughout our stay.

The road to the property can be a bit challenging, but they offer a bus transfer from Batumi for only 20 GEL, which makes getting there much easier.

We also had a very early checkout at 4:30 AM, and they went above and beyond to help us. They woke up for us, helped carry our luggage, and even served us complimentary coffee before we left. Such a thoughtful gesture!

Eco House Merisi הוא מקום קסום בלב הטבע, עם נוף עוצר נשימה ואווירה רגועה ומיוחדת. החדר היה נקי ונעים :) הנוף מהחדר פשוט מטמטם

האירוח היה חם, אדיב ומסביר פנים, והרגשנו שממש אכפת למארחים שהשהות שלנו תהיה נעימה. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה טעימה, והנוף מהמרפסת פשוט מדהים.

זה בדיוק המקום להגיע אליו כדי להתנתק מהכול, לנשום אוויר, ליהנות מהטבע ופשוט להירגע.

There are places that shift your inner state, and Merisi Eco House is definitely one of them. Imagine sitting in an open-air jacuzzi, surrounded by pristine silence, broken only by the soothing sound of a nearby waterfall. You look up, and the night sky is unbelievably beautiful, spilled with billions of stars. In your hand, a glass of their draft homemade wine—an absolute must-try—and in your soul, pure peace. By day, a thrilling jeep tour organized by the hotel takes you right to that hidden waterfall. 

Yet, the true soul of this place is its people. Vika, Lado, and everyone who welcomed and assisted us surrounded us with such genuine warmth that we felt like the most cherished guests. 

A place this magical demands perfection in every detail. Talking of cuisine, the syrniki, khachapuri, and the risotto serving with salmon were absolutely superb! A few other dishes felt slightly overcooked and consequently a bit dry. Please take this gentle critique not as a reason to be offended, but as an opportunity to unlock the kitchen's immense potential. The food should fully embrace you and immerse you in a fairy tale, matching the breathtaking views. May this business prosper, drawing even more curious travelers who want to know: "What is it like to touch the stars from a warm jacuzzi?" Best of luck!

We had a wonderful stay at Eco House Merisi. The mountain location is absolutely breathtaking, with incredible views and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always available whenever we needed anything, and the service was excellent throughout our stay.

The road to the property can be a little challenging, but that is understandable for such a quiet and secluded place in the mountains. Personally, I love driving on mountain roads, so the journey was actually an enjoyable part of the experience for me.

Wow, what an amazing place! We had such a wonderful stay at Eco Merisi. The hospitality from Mirim and Roslyn was truly exceptional they were so warm, welcoming, and made us feel completely at home. Don’t skip the homemade Cha Cha😆

Had a wonderful experience
The view is spectacular
Although the place is a bit expensive for other places in georgia , the service from the team was great and you can feel they are trying to do everything they can for our request. They offer jeep tour which was really nice and Georgian cuisine class which was perfect.
The only thing is that the jacuzzi is not hot enough and it takes time for the boiler to be fully heated . Breakfast was rich. Overall great experience and the view is unreal

Absolutely beautiful place! The view is stunning, the people are incredibly friendly and welcoming, the food is excellent, and the service is great. The rooms are comfortable and the whole place has a very special atmosphere.

And most importantly for anyone who loves taking photos there are so many amazing Instagram spots everywhere 😍📸

☺Nos gustó mucho todo el lugar. La villa era cómoda, limpia y acogedora. Disfrutamos mucho las instalaciones. La piscina es climatizada por lo que se puede disfrutar todo el día. El personal es muy amable y siempre estuvieron atentos de nuestras necesidades, hicimos el jeeptour y lo disfrutamos mucho, el desayuno flotante es muy bonito. ☺The rooms are amazing.  It's very quiet and private.  The jacuzzi is really nice. Plenty of hot water and amazing view.
Staff is really nice but most of them don't speak English.

Fantástico lugar para integrarte con la naturaleza, relajarte y ponerte las pilas.  Tiene WiFi en todas las villas e instalaciones. Impresionantes vistas.  Hay posibilidad de contratar excursion Safari para visitar cascada y rapidos de cauce de rio. Otras actividades curso de cocina.  Hay casas para 2 y 4 personas.  Con piscina y/o jacuzzi.  Aquí puedes hacerte las famosas fotos de Instagram con el traje largo, comiendo en terraza transparente, balanceo de columpio, desayuno en piscina infinita, etc. Conveniente contratar su servicio de traslado ida y vuelta a Batumi.   El regreso lo hicimos a Tiflis y encargamos un Mitsubichi 4x4. Todo perfecto.   Todo muy limpio.  Muy buena atención por todo el personal. Mucho horario de disponibilidad de servicio de cafetería y cocina.Exquisitos platos de desayuno y comida. ☺הכל, מתאים למי שרוצה שקט ולנוח, הגענו ל2 לילות ישר אחרי הטיסה כדי להרגע ולנשום לפני כל הטיולים, לקחנו מהם טיול בג׳יפ עם הנהג שלהם למפלים היה ממש נחמד
חוץ מזה אין יותר מדיי מה לעשות זה באמת פשוט להגיע ולהרגע- מי שמחפש תזוזה תמיד לא מתאים לו

Невероятные виды на горы, тишина, свежий воздух и ощущение, будто ты находишься где-то над облаками. Просыпаться с таким видом из панорамных окон — отдельное удовольствие. Здесь хочется просто остановиться, никуда не спешить и наслаждаться каждой минутой.
Очень атмосферные и уютные домики, всё продумано для красивого и спокойного отдыха. Отдельный восторг — джакузи и бассейн с видом на горы.Можно часами сидеть и просто смотреть вокруг.
Персонал очень доброжелательный и внимательный, чувствуется настоящее грузинское гостеприимство! Отдельно хочется поблагодарить администратора Мариам — она очень приветливая, заботливая и внимательная к каждой детали. Благодаря её доброте и профессионализму отдых стал ещё комфортнее и приятнее. ❤️
Мы приехали сюда ради красивых видов, но в итоге получили гораздо больше — эмоции, атмосферу и воспоминания, которые хочется увезти с собой.

☺The place is quite good, the road to the place is robust, there are a lot of road signs so it's easy to understand how to get to the hotel. The personal is very kind and willing to help. The hotel room met my expectations and it's exactly as on the photos, besides it the room itself is quite comfortable even with the hot tub.

Место как в сказке. Мы были поражены сочной природой и её видами, аутеинтичностью местности, предоставляемыми удобствами такими как джакузи, кровать в стекляном боксе, ремонт, чистая вода, натяжная сетка и трос по спуску/подъему багажа. Хозяева предлагают джип экскурсии до водопада. Но нам понравилось самим прогуляться до него. Прогулочным шагом по онлайн картам ушло полтора часа туда обратно. Обратный подъем будет сложноват для людей со слабым кардио.
